Mark Zuckerberg the CEO of Facebook announced Meta(Parent Company) which combines all the remaining products like Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, Messenger, Oculus, Workplace. under a single company called Meta.

Metaverse is a new way to socialize sitting at your home i.e., technology at your home you can do things much better than before, play with your friends can do office work celebrate occasions with the people around the globe and so much more.

Facebook was founded in the year 2004 in Harvard University and now after 17 years it’s been rebranded.

Till now Facebook was the parent company of all the remaining products now Facebook will also be a part of Meta like Whatsapp and remaining products.

Facebook is starting it’s journey by rebranding itself as Meta so now although overall company is called to be Meta there will be no change in app name Facebook and other apps which are part of Meta.
